A: Any qualifying snowfall event in your area. We monitor storms and dispatch proactively. Unlimited visits for the whole season within your contract dates.

A: No. Windrow removal isn’t included (saves your budget and our machines). Everything else up to the end of your driveway is covered.

A: After each visit, we email time-stamped photos so you have proof of service (and peace of mind).

A: You get 2 vouchers included with your pass. If you want it after every visit, add the Ice Melt Subscription (+$15/month). Otherwise, on-demand ice melt after your vouchers uses a simple call-out fee.

A: We prioritize safety and access. During prolonged storms, we make multiple passes and finish with a full cleanup within 24 hours after snowfall ends.

A: Yes — choose Early Start (Nov 1) for +$99 at signup.

A: We send out dispatch alerts notifying you on when our team will be sent out along with the snowfall accumulation and our plan for that day.

A: Our office staff will gauge the snowfall accumulation and will make a decision on the dispatch time. The team services your property once every 24 hours during big storms.

A: We accept credit card, e-transfer and cheques, our office will send you an invoice once per month making payment easy and efficient.

A: We currently service Southeast and Southwest Calgary for all our snow and lawn services. 

A: In Calgary, it is illegal to shovel snow onto the street as it can obstruct traffic and create safety hazards.

A: It is recommended to put ice melt down before it snows to prevent ice from forming on steps and concrete 

A: Calgary's snow removal by-law requires property owners to clear snow and ice from sidewalks within 24 hours after a snowfall.  Click here for more info!
