What counts as a service?
Any qualifying snowfall event in your area. We monitor storms and dispatch proactively.
Do you include windrows from the city plow?
No — windrows aren’t included. Everything else up to the end of your driveway is covered.
How does the Photo Service Log work?
After each visit, we email time-stamped photos so you have proof of service.
Is ice melt included?
No, ice melt is no longer included in the base Season Pass. We now offer it as a monthly subscription add-on (up to 4 visits per month) for clients who want consistent traction control after every service.
Do you blow snow off vehicles?
We can! Snow blowing for vehicles parked in the driveway is available as a monthly add-on to your Season Pass.
Do you provide one-time services?
No, we do not provide one-time snow removal services. TERREOAK focuses exclusively on our Season Pass members to ensure we provide the highest priority and most reliable service to our committed clients throughout the entire winter season.
Do you offer short-term vacation passes?
Yes! We offer "Snow Bird" and vacation passes for those who only need coverage for a shorter period. These contracts can range from 1 week up to 8 weeks, providing you with the same priority service and peace of mind while you're away.
How does billing work? Can I pay upfront?
We offer total flexibility. You can pay your Season Pass fee in full upfront and receive a 10% discount, or you can split the cost into 5 monthly payments using our auto-billing system with a card on file. We also accept e-transfers and cheques by mail upon request.
