We send out dispatch alerts notifying you on when our team will be sent out along with the snowfall accumulation and our plan for that day.

Our office staff will gauge the snowfall accumulation and will make a decision on the dispatch time. The team services your property once every 24 hours during big storms.

Yes, we offer ice melt applications for a call out fee. Our team will apply salt on the problem areas and clean walkways. Our salt is environmentally friendly, concrete safe, pet safe, and grass safe.

We accept credit card, e-transfer and cheques, our office will send you an invoice once per month making payment easy and efficient.

We currently service Southeast and Southwest Calgary for all our snow and lawn services. We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our service area in late 2025 to early 2026, bringing our expertise to more neighbourhoods across the City.

In Calgary, it is illegal to shovel snow onto the street as it can obstruct traffic and create safety hazards.

It is recommended to put ice melt down before it snows to prevent ice from forming on steps and concrete
