When will I know the team will be out clearing snow?

We send out dispatch alerts notifying you on when our team will be sent out along with the snowfall accumulation and our plan for that day.

How often does TerreOak dispatch the team during big snow events?

Our office staff will gauge the snowfall accumulation and will make a decision on the dispatch time. The team services your property once every 24 hours during big storms.

Does TerreOak provide ice melt services?

Yes, we offer 2 ice melt applications INCLUDED IN YOUR SEASON PASS. Our team will apply salt on the problem areas and clean walkways. Our salt is environmentally friendly, concrete safe, pet safe, and grass safe.

What do you accept for payment and when is it due?

We accept credit card, e-transfer and cheques, our office will send you an invoice once per month making payment easy and efficient.

What is TerreOaks service area?

We currently service Southeast and Southwest Calgary for all our snow and lawn services.

Can I shovel snow onto the street in Calgary?

In Calgary, it is illegal to shovel snow onto the street as it can obstruct traffic and create safety hazards.

Should you put ice melt down before or after it snows?

It is recommended to put ice melt down before it snows to prevent ice from forming on steps and concrete

What is Calgary's snow removal by-law?

Calgary's snow removal by-law requires property owners to clear snow and ice from sidewalks within 24 hours after a snowfall. Click here for more info!

How do I know when I will get my PICKET, and how will it be installed?

Our team sets up the pickets by hammering fibreglass rods into the ground.
We’ll send you an email to let you know when your free picket is on its way!
